TRADR NETWORK DMCC (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”), provides educational resources and materials related to the financial markets to its members. The Platform is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. The information provided through the Platform is for educational purposes only and members are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
Membership: In order to access the Platform’s resources and materials, you must become a member by subscribing to one of the Platform’s membership plans. Memberships will automatically renew on a recurring basis, unless cancelled by the member. To cancel a membership, the member must log into their account and follow the cancellation instructions. The Platform does not provide refunds for memberships that have already been paid for, and memberships cannot be transferred or sold to a third party.
All content, materials, and resources provided by the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, and software (hereinafter referred to as “Materials”), are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Materials may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and members may not steal, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Materials in a manner that infringes the Platform’s intellectual property rights.
The Platform provides its resources and materials on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Materials, and members use the Platform at their own risk.
The Platform shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its services or the Materials, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. The Platform’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the member for their membership.
The Platform does not offer any promises or guarantees as to the success of any member, and the Platform shall not be liable for any losses suffered by members as a result of their investment decisions.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions of their membership.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
By using the Platform and its resources, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
